In 2012, Minera Los Pelambres commissioned BRASS to carry out field inspection of threadolets and an chemical analysis of sample liquids taken from the concentrate pipeline section between 0 km and 15 km. A thorough inspection and analysis of the current condition of the liner in the previously studied section of the concentrate pipeline was evaluated, and recommendations were generated for the development of a follow-up plan based on the conditions and findings.
