In 2018, Minera Centinela requested BRASS to perform hydraulic verification of the Concentrate Transportation System (CTS), considering the properties of copper concentrate without molybdenum. The characterization of this specific concentrate was conducted by BRASS using data collected from a rheology campaign carried out at Minera Centinela. Subsequently, using this information, the steady-state operation of Centinela’s CTS was modeled, along with transients associated with both normal and emergency operations. 
The operational range of the concentrate transportation system was conclusive and defined as a result of the hydraulic verification of the system.
